Ooredoo Palestine was established through a partnership between the Ooredoo Group and the Palestine Investment Fund. The company began its operations in 2009 and conducted its initial public offering in 2010. Despite numerous challenges, it successfully launched its commercial services in the Gaza Strip in 2017 and introduced 3G services in the West Bank in 2018.
