Keeping up with urban development, from finance and business to corporate headquarters and an urban center for the twin cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, was the driving force behind the development of Irsal Center, to become a vibrant hub of appropriate urban and civic life that accommodates modernity and urban requirements. In addition to the two standing towers, the "Amaar" tower, which houses the PIF’s headquarters, and the CCC tower, the fully developed Irsal Center will include 11 towers with all the necessary facilities and infrastructure. It has now become a center for both youth and businessmen alike, with cafes, restaurants, and entertainment centers, after work hours in the offices and corporate headquarters.
