Based on the successful performance of the investment portfolio in the healthcare and medical services sector with our partners, The Arab Specialized Medical Complex, in which the Palestine Investment Fund is a strategic partner, has launched the first phase of the Istishari Cancer Center project in Ramallah and Al- Bireh with a capacity of 170 beds. The Center aims to diagnose and treat all types of cancer tumors, including radiation, chemotherapy, biological and hormonal therapy for adults and children, as well as bone marrow transplants. It will also have a floor dedicated to palliative care for patients with advanced conditions, as well as a floor for outpatient clinics and an emergency room for tumor patients, in addition to a floor for scientific research, lectures, seminars, and educational meetings. This Center represents a qualitative addition to the healthcare services provided to our people, and will contribute to covering a large part of the needs of cancer patients in Palestine, in addition to the impact that the hospital will create in terms of job opportunities and training for our medical and technical staff and providing a significant reduction in medical transfers to neighboring countries.
