Knowledge and education have always been the greatest weapon for the Palestinian people. Challenges create opportunities, constraints unleash freedom, and hardships give birth to innovation. In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, electricity distribution companies, and International Financing institutions a project has emerged to harness the rooftops of schools for Solar Power generation. Solar Power generation PV panels will be installed on the rooftops of 320 schools, producing 21 megawatts of clean electricity. By the end of 2022, approximately 150 public schools across different provinces have already been illuminated, contributing to enlightening the minds of our eager daughters and sons for knowledge and learning, as well as lighting up our villages and towns.
